My Background

I am a graduate of the American Institute of Alternative Medicine (AIAM), Class of 2016. I graduated with honors and a certification in neuromuscular therapy (NMT). I also hold certifications in Fascial Therapy and Prenatal Massage.

I am always asked how I became a therapist. I worked in a retirement home prior to becoming a massage therapist. It was a great job, and a wonderful way to give back to the community, but I felt called to do more. I ended up Googling "what is a massage therapist" one night, and the rest is history. I love what I do.

My Approach

I have always believed that we have the power to change the world around us, one interaction and one person at a time. Sometimes, we get lucky, and we get to change many lives through our roles in our workplaces and communities.
Being a lover of science from an early age, I apply this mindset to every session. I am always reading, discovering, and applying new information, techniques, and wisdom to my sessions. If I don't know it, I will learn it. If my technique isn't working, I will refer you to someone I think can help you. My goal is to help you live your best life.
